Floodplain Analyses
We will perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to determine existing and post-project floodplain conditions. We use the latest 1D and 2D FEMA-approved software.
GIS Results
We prepare all of our floodplain results in FEMA-approved GIS format to encourage shorter reviews.
CLOMR Submittals
Based on agency reviewed design plans, we will prepare your conditional letter of map revision, including all required forms, in ADWR TSDN report format. We then respond promptly to local agency and FEMA review comments to keep the process moving towards approval.
LOMR Submittals
Based on agency reviewed as-builts plans, we will prepare your letter of map revision, including all technical updates.
FEMA Reviewer Coordination
We communicate regularly with the reviewers to respond to requests for information outside of the normal review responses. This helps to stream-line reviews.
